Life can be challenging for many reasons. These challenges can lead to depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, or a feeling of being stuck with no hope for change. I provide a safe, private space for you to explore these feelings and life's events.
As an integrative therapist, I move beyond "one-size-fits-all" counseling by blending the structured tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the deep insight of psychodynamic theory, and the heart-centered focus of humanistic approaches. This holistic philosophy allows me to treat you as a whole person—honoring the complex interplay between your mind, body, and emotions rather than just addressing a set of symptoms. By drawing from a diverse "toolbox" of evidence-based techniques, we will collaboratively craft a treatment plan that respects your unique personality, history, and goals. Whether we are unearthing the influence of past relationships or building practical strategies for modern stress, our work is a dynamic partnership designed to ensure that therapy always fits your life, not the other way around.

People are so much more than the sum of their life experiences and roles they have adapted to. For a variety of reasons we get trapped by our pasts, or our lives becomes too hard to keep up with. Maybe it feels like the life you are living someone else's script and you want to be and feel differently. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, supportive, and responsive to your individual needs. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into what has brought you to this time in life and where you might like to go next.
I welcome people who are struggling with harmful behaviors like addictions or substance abuse. Sessions will focus on negative behaviors, developing alternative coping mechanisms, and exploring the reasons you seek relief in those ways. I can also provide support for family members affected by addiction.
